Well after so many people gave advise on the short blip of a walk cycle in my last animation test I decided to make one that actually represented my full ability and here it is!

I agree, the motion of the legs and arms is much smoother.
You might want to check his back while running, though, most of the time it should still move up and down even just a little bit.
